Our oldest Supernovas play recreationally against teams across the Bay Area in the Jack London Youth Soccer League. At this level Supernovas will engage in more structured training sessions that prepare them for higher levels of play while maintaining a recreational atmosphere.

Logistics:

• PRACTICES | Two 1.5-hour practices | Monday-Friday
• GAMES | One game | Saturday or Sunday
• FORMAT | 11v11, including goalkeeper | Two 35-minute halves (12-13 yrs) | Two 40-minute halves (14-15 yrs) | Two 45-minute halves (16+)
• LOCATION | Local El Cerrito or nearby fields for practices | Surrounding Bay Area cities (i.e., Alameda, Berkeley, Oakland) for games
