This program serves as an exciting introduction to the game of soccer. Our youngest TEAM players enjoy a fun, supportive environment where they can learn the basics of the game through weekly 4v4 matches against other U6 Teams.
Five-year olds have the option of participating in the 1-hour session with other 3-5 year olds (Twinkle Toes CLASS) OR for those who are ready for a game format, they can select the U6 Team that includes a practice session + 4v4 game (1.5-hours total).
Logistics for FALL
For 5 year olds: U6 TEAM
- One 1.5-hour session (practice + game) | 10:00-11:30 or 11:30-1:00pm | Saturdays or Sundays
- 6-8 Players per Team | Game format: 4v4, no goalie, four 10-min quarters
- Location: TBD - El Cerrito, Albany, Berkeley, Emeryville/Oakland fields
- Fall & Spring Programs include a Tournament against other U6 Teams
